With technology advancing so quickly in the twenty-first century, keeping up with computer equipment can be an expensive endeavour. Combine that with Brisbane's love of a Sunday market and it was only a matter of time before someone founded a computer market.
The
Sunday Computer Markets provides consumers with a range of new and used computers and computer parts under one roof. The
twenty plus vendors also sell cameras, gaming consoles, blank CDs and DVDs, printers, speakers and accessories. And if you've got a computer problem, bring it to the market to have it looked at by a computer expert for free. You will need to make a
booking for this service.
The markets are open from 9.00am until 12.00pm at a different location each Sunday:
* First Sunday of the month:
46 Pratten Street, Corinda
* Second Sunday of the month:
Pines Rivers Lions Community Hall, 757 Gympie Road, Lawnton
* Third Sunday of the month:
211 Brisbane Road, Bundamba, Ipswich
* Fourth Sunday of the month:
1386 Beaudesert Road, Acacia Ridge.
