Sublime Gelato has taken the place of another ice cream parlour at the
Queen Victoria Building (QVB), and having tried this ice cream only just recently, I can say that the change was refreshing and much needed. There was nothing wrong with the ice cream place that was there previously, it is just that Sublime Gelato sell the kind of ice cream that I personally prefer, and that is all fine.
Despite only having a small space to work with, I can say that this establishment sells one of the best hazelnut ice creams I have ever tried in Sydney. Out of the sorbet varieties, their berry sorbet provides for a cool, alternative refreshment with just the right amount of berry taste and flavour without being too overpowering.
The service is friendly and paves the way for an inviting establishment and a great pit stop to enjoy quality ice cream in the QVB.
If you love your ice cream, the next time you are near the QVB give this new ice cream shop a try. Needs to be tried at least once to be appreciated.
