Mivida Movement is hosting an engaging workshop this April which aims to help you become more confident in your everyday life.
Entitled 'Step into Self Confidence', this unique one day workshop takes place on Saturday 22nd of April, 2017 at Quanys Gym, East Brisbane.
It runs from 4.00pm to 5.45pm and is presented as a practical movement-based workshop. Facilitator Jo Anne draws from body-mind therapy, movement/dance, healing, remedial therapy and coaching to teach individuals the tools to change self-limiting beliefs.
She is passionate about people and committed to helping individuals see their unique capacity. "By redefining how we see ourselves we can keep moving towards an optimal state of wellness, joy and a life of discovery."
Jo Anne's aim is to help her students develop confidence from a place of inner peace, acceptance and love, to no longer feel fear and to overcome thought-patterns of self-judgement.

All you need to do is wear comfortable clothes and bring water and a notebook and pen.
