Adjacent to the rotunda and BBQ are several more large tables in an enclosed area, giving a true al fresco style dining experience and is able to accommodate a large number of people together if you're hosting a party or with a group.
A second, smaller rotunda is centrally located within eye line of the kids adventure playground. (NOTE: The playground cannot be seen directly from the larger rotunda).
Wood fired BBQ's are also provided throughout the park and wood is available near the large rotunda.
The playground satisfied all our children, aged 6 to 12. Two swings, slide, monkey bars, a rope climb over an A-frame structure give just an indication.
Be sure to pack the footy or cricket bat as there is heaps of space to play.
Public toilets are provided in a brick toilet block. They are kept nicely stocked and cleaned and have a generous number of stalls. However, the toilet block is situated some distance from the rotunda / park area and is up a rather steep hill. Not easy for anyone pushing a wheelchair.
Tap water is also available in the park.
There are NO rubbish bins. Please ensure you pack bags and be prepared to take all rubbish home with you.
The park is open daily from 8.30am to 4.30pm non-daylight savings times.
During daylight savings the gates open at 8.30am. Entry gates close at 6.30pm, but the exit gates remain open until 7.30pm.
