Short and Sweet Theatre, known as the 'biggest little play festival in the world' offers audiences fun and fast on-stage drama, with each piece lasting no more than 10 minutes.
Held in the
Chapel Off Chapel, Short and Sweet Theatre will perform more than 10 different plays each week beginning from the 17th November to the 6th December. Plays have been chosen from more than 2000 submissions from around the world and showcases the local talent of actors and directors in Melbourne. The festival has a reputation for having helped launch the careers of many budding young actors, with coaching and help from some of theatre's leading professionals.
Tickets can be purchased
online and range from around $25 to $50 with concessions available. Tickets can also be bought in bulk for a cheaper price. Shows begin at 2pm, apart from the final night which will begin at 7pm.
