Short Sharp Film Festival

Event: 03/07/2010
On the weekend of July 3-4, Coffs Harbour will be holding its fourth annual Short Sharp Film Festival.

It's well worth spending the weekend in Big Banana territory for what is best described as Tropfest with a laidback, community feel.

The event is suitably priced, with tickets to the Jetty Memorial Theatre costing only $12 for adults and $7 for minors.

The Sharpies will be screening 32 entries from the six different categories: ten Open, six Animation, three Senior High School, four Junior High School, two Primary School and seven Best of the Rest.

The main action will be taking place on Saturday, with the Best of the Rest being shown at 1pm and the main films at 6.30pm. Sunday is when the young guns will strut their stuff, beginning at 1pm. Awards will be presented at the end of each day's sessions.
