The art of sheesha smoking (yes, it is an art) can only be complimented by great company and service to match. In Adelaide, there was a niche as far as good sheesha spots were concerned. Not any more.
The Sheesha Lounge, on 131 Hindley Street in the city, is a non-pretentious, cosy, family owned spot that offers a wide range of sheesha flavours, as well as some sweet treats and invigorating teas to keep you warm on a cold night.
Furthermore, the ambience will woo you into putting your feet up and forgetting you had a long day. Their impressive, prompt and attentive service, matched only by your ultimate sheesha smoking fantasies, will leave you wanting for nothing.
If you are looking for some privacy and want to get away from the cacophony of inebriated souls on Hindley Street, there is a back section where you can relax with your friends and compliment your sheesha experience with good conversation.
All in all, the Sheesha Lounge rates number 1 in my eye, blemished only by their tiny toilet facility. Even so, one good puff away, and you might forget you need to go.
