The Shadow Electric Open Air Cinema Summer 2012 program will kick off on
Friday 13th January with a screening of the acclaimed thriller
Drive.
The film program is quite eclectic and features a range of 2011 audience favourites, including the delightful Woody Allen comedy
Midnight in Paris and the mesmerising drama
We Need to Talk About Kevin.
Documentaries also form part of the 2011 Summer film program, for example the popular concert film
Dave Chappelle's Block Party, the acclaimed cricket documentary
Fire in Babylon and
Tabloid, the latest documentary feature from Errol Morris.
In between these feature film and documentary selections, there will also be a special screening of the 1980s cult favourite
Heathers, the awarding winning
Ten Canoes (on Australia Day) and a very special screening of
Stanley Kubrick's Lolita.
