Fernwood Women's Health Club, Carlton's Scopri restaurant is about as Italian as they get, with Italian chef Salvatore Caccioppoli working away in an Italian kitchen. Perhaps it's for good reason that this restaurant is placed next door to a fitness centre.
While some restaurants are experts in breakfast while others excel in dinners, Scopri is known for its specialisation in lunches. Basically, you choose a main course and matching beverages out of a wide range of combos. Food on the menu includes meat and fish and pasta and risotto. All meals are complemented by traditional side dishes and are finished off with desserts.
There's hardly anything more infuriating than when a restaurant you have been frequenting for so many years suddenly decides to cheapen the ingredients. Well, not at Scopri. This restaurant is known for its very high standards. They settle for nothing less than the finest ingredients and have been doing so for years.
