It has become a bit of habit or even a ritual some might say that everytime I visit Bribe Island I pay a visit to Scoopy's Ice Creamery & Sidewalk Café. Usually a couple of times during the year, I will visit Bribe Island. The first time I visited Scoopy's I ordered a Mexican burger and a strawberry thick shake, I have never looked back since.

Overlooking Bongaree Wharf, Scoopy's is a great place to spend a sunny afternoon at, drop in for a burger and a strawberry thick shake. I have to say the thick shakes at Scoopy's are the thickest I have ever had; you need a couple of straws and have to wait a bit for it to melt before you can actually have any.

The burgers are also awesome, a bit like the old fashion burgers you use to be able to buy at your local take away store. Something I don't see much of anymore while living in Sydney. When visiting Bribe, popping into Scoopy's is always something I look forward too.
While I am not a big seafood food fan myself, I have been told that the Fisherman's Basket is great value for money. So if you're a seafood fan, it might be a dish worth trying.
