Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk which starts in Lamington National Park. On this walk, you experience walking on the rim of an ancient volcano and it is recommended that you allow 3 days to complete the walk.

Scenic Rim Adventure Park might be the way for you to enjoy the views and smells of the region. Located in just under 300 hectares of parkland and including camping sites and 2 dams for swimming, Scenic Rim Adventure Park has over 100 tracks for all-wheel and four-wheel drive vehicles. Tracks are graded from easy to extreme and cater for beginner to experienced off-road driver.

Driving tours of the Scenic Rim can take you past wineries, farm yards and lift you into the clouds in the mountain ranges. For non-drivers,
Tambourine Mountain Tours offers a hop on hop off all day pass for a tram style trolley bus that traverses the mountain taking you past wineries, restaurants and into the national park where you can visit
glow worm caves or wander along the Skywalk.
