If you're looking for the ultimate destination in secondhand clothes shopping, then head down to Noarlunga and spend a few hours browsing through the racks of Savers' gems.

Savers is the perfect combination between the salvos and a high end vintage fashion store. The prices are low, but there are so many great items that you can pick up among the racks. Shopping in savers wont give you that same warm fuzzy feeling that you get when shopping in some secondhand stores. These guys work for a profit, some of this is donated to charities like Diabetes SA, but mostly it goes to Savers.

Organisation is a huge part of the Savers' sales floor. Clothes are arranged into racks that are split into the style of clothing, and the size. This makes for very easy browsing. If you're looking for a skirt, then head to the skirt racks and find your size. Shoes are also arranged by size, so you're not as often disappointed by finding the perfect shoe in a size that is far too small. Use Savers' floor plan to avoid those sizes that are far too big or far too small for you, it could save a lot of disappointment. Either that or get handy with a sewing machine and you can just alter anything that doesn't fit.

Clothes aren't the only thing you'll find at Savers. They have a wide range of books, household items and furniture. Kids will love picking up fun and interesting pieces to fill their cubby houses, and they'll pick out quite a few toys they'd like. For those setting up shop in a new share house, why spend all that money on glassware and crockery that will get broken? Furnish your house from Savers, and when you're done with it you can just donate it back to them.

Clothes are still the best part of Savers. As well as your usual secondhand garb, they often have a good collection of fur coats, wedding dresses, and jackets. Whether you want to update your vintage wardrobe, or find the right outfit for an upcoming costume party, Savers should be able to help you out.

If you're a student or a senior then you're extra lucky. On Sundays students will receive 20% off when they show their student card at checkout, and seniors receive 20% off on Monday with a flash of their card. Save more off the already cheap prices. Other sales and specials are advertised on the Savers website .
