An awesome Asian Fusion that has stood the test of time. Popular, in vogue and has never lost its class or finesse. A great locale and destination for quality Thai food in particular. Anything with eggplant in it is just divine, and their stir fry's are also full of flavour and pack some punch. Not to mention their seafood. Heaven.

Satasia in popular Darling Street in Balmain, it is not so much the food that is memorable (although cooked to perfection and of such a high quality standard); it is really the amazing customer service which is a standout for Satasia fans. It is great that they also deliver, however just the dine in experience in itself is spectacular and great customer service of this nature is so rare and unexpected these days.
You are thinking quality décor, that hits the mark, so you can actually hear and enjoy a decent conversation with great company. Beautiful service; it really needs to be seen and experienced to be appreciated. Great meals to enjoy a quality glass of pinot noir or merlot with, and also remember the water as the spice factor goes way beyond McThai; we are talking about high quality Thai cuisine. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff; leaving you addicted and wanting to come back for more and more.
