This beach is a great place for introspection.

And cartwheels. And, and sandcastles.

We built a sandcastle empire. It had trade routes and everything. I'm pretty sure we were the only people on the beach. There are a few rough rock piers that we hiked all over as well. A ripped piece of appliance instructions in French found it's way to the rock pier. It was a great mystery. Some of us still think it was written by pirates. It was family fun at it's best.

Sandridge is refreshing because it still has heaps of pretty shells on it and not a lot of rubbish. The few people encountered here are friendly and often come with a cute dog.

A tagger ruined the entrance sign. It annoys me everytime I see it. Otherwise, Sandridge has lots of shell bits in the sand, but it's clean. It's wonderfully quiet. It's easy to get to, be on, and linger at.

There's a little ship-themed playground down on the left from the carpark. On the right of the carpark is a long wooden deck. There's a great bathroom with showers and all. Further right, there's a cafe. There are also some BBQ areas.

All in all, this is a great spot to explore.
