At the heart of our beautiful Peninsula is a town called Rosebud. It is the centre of the local community with an expansive shopping hub and facilities, but the one thing that makes this town memorable is it's peaceful yet stunning beach.
While you are here take the time to stop in and see Rosebud Jetty Beach for yourself. Running along side the sand is a man made wooden board walk and bike track. There is also a long jetty where fisherman and walkers alike can stroll out and enjoy the scenic pleasure of our impressive bay.
The ocean is a mix sparkling greens and blues providing the perfect home for wildlife including black swans and dolphins. The awe inspiring views include Arthurs seat, Mount Martha, Sorrento and on a clear day Portsea and even Melbourne CBD. There is an expanse of space and sand to enjoy the majestic wonder all within the heart of this quaint coastal town. Food, services, accommodation and more are all within walking distance.

Of course the beach wouldn't be complete without a dog off leash area. This starts about 50 metres form the jetty. During daylight savings dogs are allowed before 9am and after 7pm. When visiting with your furry friend please remember that they must be under control when they are off leash and please put your rubbish in the bin.
