Rocky Road is already a delectable delight with its blend of chocolate, nuts and marshmallows, but at the it will be launched into new heights of perfection with 31 revolutionary flavours!



At the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice-Creamery, from 1-31 May 2015, you will have the pleasure of savouring rocky road truffles, ice-cream, handmade blocks and rocky road infused desserts using the best couverture chocolate and exotic ingredients. There you will find a 3-metre long cabinet filled with handmade rocky road blocks, with flavours like Caramelised Popcorn, Bananarama White Choc, Espresso Hazelnut, Mint Crisp, Orange Peel 72% Cocoa and more!



Join a Rock Around The Block class where you not only get a behind the scenes peek at the Chocolaterie, but you also get to make your own Rocky Road bar to take home, inspired by your samplings of delights like Rocky Road hot chocolate, Rocky Road couverture chocolate, and two rocky road ice-creams.



The showroom at Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice-Creamery will showcase a large array of everything delicious and the Café, with its beautiful Yarra Valley views, has delicious savoury meals along with cakes, pastries, waffles, sundaes and chocolate fondue.
