Rise & Shine is a fusion of Five Tibetan Rites, Qi Gong and Meridian tapping; put together to set in motion and wake up the flow of energy throughout the body, which in turn rejuvenates and brings harmony, balance, improved health, focus and well-being to the body, mind and spirit;
This introductory workshop will cover:
Foundation of Qi Gong and Five Tibetan Rites
The Basics of the bodies energy centers, meridians, acupressure points as well as their importance
Each of the Exercises in a Rise & Shine Session
Importance of Mindful breathing/ being
