Republica serves the famous Australian breakfast on weekends from 9am till midday every week. It also stays open till late on weekends beginning with Friday. Its operating hours are: Mon - Friday 11.30am - Late, Sat - Sun 9am - Late. The food and drinks are priced decently which would add great value to your experience.

Since this place generally gets crowded over the weekends it is best to make a booking especially if you are planning to host a function or event here. You can fill up an online form, send an email or make a phone call (03 8598 9055) to make bookings. While bookings and reservations are done for the indoor seatings the outdoor seatings are filled by first come first served basis.

Republica is situated at a location which is not only picturesque but also convenient to access through trams, taxis and personal cars. You can take tram numbers 16 or 96 to reach here or alternatively if you are coming by a car then you can avail the paid parking area of Sea Baths Complex. The parking charges are $4 per hour or $10 for a whole day parking.
