Blaine Colton has fought mitochondrial disease all his life. Revolutionary gene therapy keeps him going as long as he takes his medication. But he's lucky to be alive for more reasons than 'Ramer's Cure'.

In this fast-paced science/crime sequel Replicate , Blaine makes the shocking discovery that the lab has made clones of him, disease and all. It seems they are to be used and discarded. Blaine seeks justice, but what could it cost him?

Blaine is also facing the loss of a loved one in this middle part of the trilogy in which readers come to appreciate more fully the value of life.

Inspired by a real person with mitochondrial disease who passed away, author Adele Jones has painted an exciting, believable story following the adventure of the first novel Integrate.

The third installment 'Activate' is well under way with no release date set as yet.

Published by Rhiza Press, the Replicate book launch on 10 October was a fun and informative event which included a reading from a section of the book, a scavenger hunt and a book signing.

If you've read Integrate and need to know how Blaine's girlfriend Sophie and he fare kiss-wise, you'll have to read Replicate.
