Renascent College and Wellness Centre in Warrandyte will open their doors to their students, clients and the general public who have a love of spirituality, new age and natural therapies for their
Annual Christmas Celebration on the 3rd December 2011, and this will be an all day jam packed event. This celebration will be held at owners Daryll and Lesley Mitchell's home-based showroom.
Who needs the Mind, Body and Spirit Festival when you can purchase beautiful crystals and chi items to energise and decorate your home in a caring and compassionate environment. You will find everything from spiritual incense to bath salts, as well as beautiful arts and crafts. Treat yourself and make a day out of it and have an awesome time. This will a fun day where you can shop, browse, relax and just make a day out of it and network with like minded people; just share and care in peaceful surroundings with the opportunity to also sample some beautiful teas and snacks; although you are more than welcome to bring your own lunch. Many people have been able to get all of their Christmas shopping done in one hit, away from the hustle and bustle of queues and busy shopping centres.
Also feel enlightened and receive some healing with some free workshops that owners Lesley and Daryll Mitchell put on as their way of saying thanks and expressing their gratitude for Renascent in general; and you end up with more abundance just by making the decision to join in on the fun and spiritual Christmas cheer for another year.
The first free workshop at this event is called the
Home Energy Alignment which starts at 9:30am. If you have ever wondered what feng shui is really all about; this awesome workshop will help you and give you some simple, easy to use tips to ensure the perfect placement of common and spiritual items in your home in attracting positive energy and results into your life: so whether it is a new relationship you are wishing to manifest, or perhaps you are wanting to bring more wealth and prosperity into your life; feng shui is the spiritual art of practical and simple application towards making this magic happen.

The premise behind this, is that solid ancient texts from the I Ching look deeply into what each sector of the home relates to; the effects for the occupants and indications of when things are out of balance. 1.30pm-2.30pm
The third workshop is a sample
Qi Gong session taught by Qi Gong master Daryll Mitchell, who in fact has been a practising martial arts teacher and now Qi Gong practitioner since the 1980. Receive a sample of this powerful healing modality, and receive a Qi Gong Blessed Talisman for free. In a nutshell; in this 1 hour workshop Daryll will be discussing how Qi Gong healing can really assist you. Whether you are interested in more energy, greater thought clarity, relief from unsettled emotions, greater body flexibility, increased motivation or for just a general 'pick me up.' This workshop is conducted in a relaxed environment where you are free to ask questions and join in a group healing session. Kinesiology may be also used to demonstrate the amazing effect Qi Gong healing can have on our mind, body and spirit.
Be amazed at the secrets the Chinese and Tibetans have understood for years, and how you can access this powerful tool to reconnect you with success and manifesting your desires in life. Many people have reported pleasant results from Qi Gong such as more peace, empowerment and the ease at which they are able to solve their most difficult problems as well as many health ailments healed with ease and grace. This makes sense as this ancient healing art has stood the test of time, and has been around for 5000 years. Magic. This workshop commences at 1:30pm.

The final workshop of the day is a
Chi Energy Demonstration commencing at 3pm which helps you to use your energy sources more effectively (you will quickly get that everything around you is some form of energy and that interactions between one person to another is a form of energy exchange taking place, and yes that even includes the water we drink) as well as how to efficiently use any chi enhancing products you may have. You will also receive a free gift as Lesley and Daryll's way of saying thank you for attending will also be provided.
As you can see, the Renascent College annual Christmas Event (or should I say party) is a fantastic and abundant day out. It is up to you; you can stay for the whole day and experience all of these workshops (again free of charge) or you can just make an hour or two out of this day and feed your soul and spirit with much needed nourishment in a not so sane world.
