Food
The 'Slow Roast Pork Belly' from 'Raven Wines' was a food delicacy thoroughly enjoyed. Cooked with fennel seeds and ladled with a warm apple brandy jus, the meat was extremely juicy and tender and the flavours in my mouth exhibited many layers. From first bite to finish it left me salivating and wanting more. At $13.50 per serve it would've been easy to order another, but was very hard to share it. Well done to the chef at Raven Wines Restaurant.
