Do you work in Randwick? This little park may yet be the best kept secret in the area. If you're having a hard day, the last place you will want to be is surrounded by people. Hence, the secluded park between Kynaston Avenue, Church Street and Frances Street is a wonderful petite retreat only a two minute walk away from Randwick Junction, Video Ezy side.
Full of benches to relax on and the occasional passerby, you can sit in peace and breathe in the fresh air away from unwanted company. Buy a coffee and come watch the occasional puppy run around, whilst unwinding and gathering your thoughts by the trees. There are possums which climb up and down the trees, and if you're lucky, you'll see one during the day.
The occasional floral bush makes for aesthetically pleasing scenery, but the location and small size of the park makes for a cute getaway from that busy day. There are several benches, so you don't have to worry about too many people. This is quieter than the busy park near Randwick Police Station.
