The Queensland Pops Orchestra will celebrate its 30th Anniversary in 2014 and to kick of the festivities the company is staging two New Year's Eve concert events at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) on Tuesday, 31st December 2013.

This anticipated event will showcase both classic and modern day songs and will bring together a talented group of artists, including Tenor Rosario La Spina, Soprano Emily Burke, Mezzo-Soprano Elizabeth Lewis and Baritone Jason Barry-Smith. Like all Queensland Pops Orchestra events, the concert will also feature soloists, dancers, choirs, comedians and much more.

Plus the Queensland Pops Orchestra 30th Anniversary New Year's Eve Concert will be held at two convenient times; 6:00pm & 9:30pm. This will allow concert-goers to view either the first fireworks display or the midnight fireworks display. The concert duration is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes (including a 20 minute interval).

There are two ticket options currently available, including a Black Tie Premium A Reserve option, which allows one to enjoy the concert event and then receive exclusive access to a roof-top function, where champagne and canapés will be served. The rooftop is also be a prime vantage point for the fireworks displays.

Tickets for both concert events are currently on sale through QTIX and range from $80 to $150, with concession rates and group discounts available. To proceed with a booking, please visit the QTIX website.
