Head over to UNIQLO in Queen Street for a FREE art and craft event with Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA). This local institution is well known for its inspiring collection of design objects, art merchandise, artist materials, quality art books and stunning jewellery. It also presents programs that encourage interaction and appreciation of all forms of art and culture.

QAGOMA has teamed up with renowned Brisbane artists Rachel Burke (artist, stylist, and photographer, designer) and Patience Hodgson (lead singer of The Grates, co-owner Southside Tea Room) to host a hands-on workshop. All materials are provided and you can learn to transform a pair of socks into a masterpiece of art and fashion. The first 100 participants will also receive a free pair of socks to beautify. Make sure you arrive earlier to get your space.

QAGOMA will be having a store at UNIQLO Queen Street.
