Run by and in conjunction with the Om Shanti yoga school just up the road, offers healthy vegetarian food with a hippie vibe.

means "blessed food" and is given as an offering at the end of Hindu pujas or ceremonies. On Sundays the staff are volunteers from the yoga school and the food is served by donation.

There are usually only one or two things on the menu, even during the week, so it can be a bit down to luck as to whether you get exactly what you wanted. Having said that, if you go with the attitude that you are expecting some simple but healthy vegetarian fare then you will likely go away satisfied.

They have a little juice hut that serves freshly squeezed fruit and green juices in the mornings which was useful for me when I was doing a seven day juice fast.

There are a couple of areas to sit on the floor around low tables, Japanese style, which adds a communal feel to the place. It is run by hippies so you shouldn't necessarily expect perfect service or any sense of urgency but there is undoubtedly love that goes into the food.

They sometimes sell incense and Tibetan prayer flags here as well.
