Join acclaimed playwrights Donna Abela ('Jump For Jordan') and Hilary Bell ('Wolf Lullaby') for a wicked weekend of playwriting.

The weekend workshop, PLAY HAVOC, will give you two days of writing exercises, designed to open up your head, get out of your own way, and explore the different avenues into creativity. With a focus on impulse, exploration, curiosity and surprise, you'll leave the workshop with the beginnings of a new play, the know-how to take it to a first draft and the energy and enthusiasm to pursue your passion.

As well as writing, you'll get the chance to meet producer Stephen Carnell who will give you some of his tips and tricks on how to get your play from page to stage.

At the end of the weekend, there'll be a one hour Q&A to tie up the loose ends and give you the confidence to take the next step in your exciting playwriting journey.

When: 10-4pm Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November 2015.
Where: The top floor of a magnificent sandstone warehouse located at The Rocks Discovery Museum, 4-8 Kendall Lane, The Rocks
Cost: $280 for two days (or $250 for Actors Anonymous or MEAA members).

All workshop attendees will receive a complimentary ticket to We Are The Ghosts Of The Future which is currently playing as part of The Rocks Village Bizarre.
