Coffee Profiterole Tower @ Pierre's Patisserie

This tower of coffee and profiterole goodness is quite possibly my favourite little treat at Pierre's Patisserie in Turramurra. The choux pastry has just the right texture and the coffee-flavoured cream is certainly not overpowering. When you hit the bottom layer you're rewarded with a giant profiterole filled to the brim with coffee-flavoured crème pâtissière that is such a joy to eat you'll be very very sad when it's all gone. My advice - buy two.

Pierre's Patisserie also has a wide range of other treats to satisfy a sweet tooth as well as fresh-baked bread, pies, cakes, tarts and French pastries as well as coffees and delicious milkshakes.
