Melbourne's sell-out Easter attraction returns in 2014 bigger and better than ever!

This year the Peninsula Family Easter Picnic will once again be hosted by none other than Jimmy Giggle and will feature a host of live interactive stage shows starring the Bananas in Pyjamas, Cat in the Hat, Spot, the Easter Bunny and many other favourites.

There will also be amusement rides & sideshow games, a free Easter arts and crafts area, Easter egg hunts throughout the day, plus so much more Easter fun for the whole family to enjoy!

"We are extremely excited about bringing the Peninsula Family Easter Picnic to families. It has become an annual event that the community look forward to. We love being able to provide families a great outing, with many activities and entertainment," commented Keith Brown, Managing Director of Showtime

Attractions.

This popular egg-travaganza will be held on Sunday 13th April, 2014, from 10am to 3pm (gates open at 9:30am) and $1 from all ticket sales will be donated to the official charity partner - the Mornington Peninsula Mayoral Charity Trust.

"The Peninsula Family Easter Picnic will be a wonderful event bringing our community together, as well as bringing visitors to the Peninsula. We are delighted to be the charitable partner for the event. Funds raised from this event will be directed to our local charities assisting people experiencing disadvantage," said the Mayor Cr Antonella Celi.

The Peninsula Family Easter Picnic is the perfect Easter school holiday event; children are sure to love the bustling atmosphere - there will be much to do and enjoy; from the live stage shows that will encourage children to dance and sing-along, to the free magical craft village, where children can create their own Easter-themed masterpiece to take home!

Tickets are now on sale through Ticketek and are priced just $15 per person. As the event is expected to sell-out, early bookings are recommended. To proceed with a booking, please click here.
