Chocolate lovers rejoice! Pana Chocolate has opened up shop in Alexandria, and it's quickly becoming the talk of the town. If you've never tried Pana Chocolate before, let me fill you in. It's raw, organic, handmade, and completely delicious. The kind of melt-in-your mouth delicious where it's impossible to stop at just one piece. Pana Chocolate uses wild and unrefined ingredients to produce delightful and creative chocolate flavours including Fig & Wild Orange, Sour Cherry & Vanilla, and Coconut & Goji.

With the arrival of the Pana Chocolate Shop in Sydney, customers are treated to far more than just their signature chocolate bars. Here you'll find an array of raw, gluten free, vegan desserts to tantalise your tastebuds. There are endless cheesecakes, slices, hand-crafted chocolates, lamingtons, cake pops, and even wagon wheels. The hardest part is having to make a choice!

Can't make up your mind between the Sesame Caramel, the Bounty, or the Fruit Salad cheesecakes? The great news is that you can grab them all to go, along with a range of other take-home goodies including Chocolate and Caramel Spread, Cacao and Coconut Truffle jars, and Hot Choc Mix. There's also some lovely gift boxes to choose from. With Easter approaching, these would make the perfect gift for any chocolate lovers in your life, especially the health-conscious or those with certain dietary restrictions.

My partner and I ended up deciding on the Sesame Caramel cheesecake and the Raspberry White Chocolate cheesecake, with a row of top deck chocolate on the side. The flavours were sensational and the creamy yet firm texture of the cheesecakes was just perfect. We felt so indulgent with each mouthful (the 100% guilt-free kind of indulgent). We enjoyed our desserts in the quaint, industrial-style dine-in area. There's also outdoor seating available in the courtyard. We found the staff to be super friendly and attentive (and patient if you're struggling to choose what to order!)

Pana Chocolate Shop is proof that you can absolutely have your cake and eat it too. Already a huge success in Melbourne, Pana Chocolate Shop looks set to explode in Sydney. The secret is definitely out.

Cheesecakes are $8.50 per slice and chocolate rows are $6.50.
