This August, The Morrison is hosting a month-long celebration of bivalve bounty from coast to coast! Come along and enjoy a glass of champagne, savour a glass of smoky whisky and roll a succulent oyster across your tongue. The always popular Oyster Hour, proudly presented by Piper-Heidsieck, returns daily from 6pm to 7pm. Enjoy $1 freshly shucked oysters accompanied by a glass of champagne, cocktail or wine (choose from some great cocktail and beverage specials throughout the month).
Chef Sean Connolly has also created an oyster inspired menu available for the month of August, including Chicken Fried Oyster Tacos, Oysters Rockefeller, Chowder and Fries, plus much more.

Whisky and Oysters - Tuesday 9th August 2016 Former Masterchef contestant Sean Baxter knows his way around whisky and is well versed in the ever lasting love story that springs to life when you pair whisky and oysters.
Pop, Shuck, Fizz Masterclass - Tuesday 23rd August 2016 Host Ned Goodwin (Master of Wine) will tune your tastebuds and give you a finer appreciation of this timeless combination. Click on the above links to find out more about each masterclass.
