Oyster Bar is located on the Palladio in Dolphin Quay. This imaginative oyster bar is set in a mini bay with its shallow waters and inviting exclusive beach overlooking the prestigious Mandurah Ocean Marina. With its interlinking canals from the main estuary, docks, decks, boatyards, and harbour it is a pretty sight. It's a stones throw away from the bustling Dolphin Quay where silent ambience gently rocks the luxury boats from Perth's rich and famous in the main harbour.

The tourist boats crawl along the canal with curious onlookers whilst the patrons at the bar are totally oblivious and more occupied slurping up yet another fresh delectable oyster. They are saturated in lemon juice and Tabasco, taking your breath away as it sears down your throat.

Nothing stops you having a romantic treat with your partner, tilting champagne glasses. The natural oysters dribbled with fresh cream and caviar dribbling are a romantic option, and you know they say oysters are an aphrodisiac.

The Oyster Bar is the only wine bar in Mandurah and has a comprehensive range wines, beers and spirits as well as tempting cocktails.

The menu tickles the imagination with uniqueness and the artistic flair of new concoctions of oysters. Succulent natural oysters with a choice of cocktail sauces like a wasabi mayonnaise for the brave and fearless, or exotic Thai oysters that dribble with a touch of the East. Nothing compares beyond the romance of Oysters with Atlantic smoke salmon, sour cream and chives, a combination that will set any girls heart afire. For the more conservative how about oysters with shallots and red wine vinegar.

Discover 'grilled' oysters with innovations like Oysters chilli and cheese, Kilpatrick, Oysters Pesto, Oysters Darleyfella spinach mornay and many more delicious concepts such as a variation of antipasto creations, delicious salads and deep fried seafoods and hot chips in a dip.

It's a delightful way to end the day on the boardwalk for a quick catch up with friends in a vibrant yet tranquil setting. The Oyster Bar is conveniently situated at the Palladio, Dolphin Quay which is only minutes from the heart of Mandurah City Centre.

Each Wednesday enjoy discounts of 30% and live music from 7-10pm. On Fridays between 5 – 7pm there are discounts on oysters, beer and wine and live music from 7 -10pm, and on Sundays enjoy music the whole day.
