On Sunday afternoons the top floor of Dixon Park Surf Club is transformed into a Greek taverna. Our Taste of Greece is a family run restaurant serving traditional hand made Greek foods using fresh local ingredients.



The menu contains typical traditional Greek favourites such as moussaka and souvlaki as well as fish and chips, burgers, sliders and salads. The food was tasty and filling and the atmosphere was great, everyone was happily enjoying the Mediterranean hospitality. Bookings are recommended but the friendly staff managed to find us a seat for our impromptu lunch.



Reasonably priced drinks can be purchased from a bar at the end of the room and although the food is inexpensive they will accept payment by credit card. Children are welcome and you don't need to get dressed up for lunch, we wandered in from a walk along the beach. The views are stunning and the space has a casual relaxed family friendly ambience.

One Friday a month the room becomes a Greek Theatre restaurant starring Carlos Hopontopofus, tickets are $58.50 for a three course feast, the show and a DJ. Our Taste of Greece are currently on leave and are fully booked for the reopening on 15th January 2017 but they are taking bookings for the following Sunday.
