We recently visited Lamington National Park, and spent a few nights in a very comfortable Mountain Villa at O'Reilly's resort.

One of the fun things we did during our trip was feed the parrots in the bird-feeding area run by O'Reilly's. It's all controlled so that it's eco-friendly, and my sons had a blast getting up close and personal with these gaudy, greedy birds. On this particular occasion, I was quite glad my younger son was wearing a hoody!

For more info on O'Reilly's, and the national park itself, read my longer articles on these topics.
