Ocean and Earth @ The Old Bush Inn

This is the Old Bush Inn's fancy name of a Surf 'n' Turf. A 300g Scotch Fillet topped with creamy garlic prawns, and served with potato wedges that are perfect for mopping up any left over sauce. The steaks can sometimes be over-cooked, so make sure you check how they're being done.
