As the name suggests, it has got some fun stuff for the kids, but adults will also find this a good place to visit whether they're looking at shooting some hoops or having a picnic. The park can be found just off of King William Road, so it's close to other worthwhile stops if you're walking in the area.
The playground at the North Unley Play Park is just at the beginning of the park. It isn't a huge playground, but the kids will find it fun. There are slides, climbing frames, activities, climbing frames, and a see saw. The play area is fenced in, so that kids can play without having to worry about other distractions, like dogs in the park. There is not too much room for kids to run around in the enclosed play area, but thankfully there is plenty of space for that outside of the play area.

As well as ball games, you'll also find a basketball hoop at the park, perfect for anyone needing to practice their shooting.

Not only does the park have a few picnic tables, but there are also barbecues if you want to cook up some hot food. If you prefer to enjoy a traditional picnic, there are also some nice spots on the grass where you could lay down a picnic blanket.
