Nora Buri Resort and Spa is a hotel located on Chanweng Beach in Koh Samui Thailand, and honestly, it is paradise.

If you are looking for a romantic getaway, this is the place for you!

We arrived at the hotel at 10:00 am, which is only 5 minutes from the Airport (500 baht transfer).

Although we were prepared to wait for a room to be made up, we were able to check in were even upgraded to a Hillside view room.

Why choose this hotel?
- the ideal romantic setting overlooking Chanweng Beach
- hotel runs free bus service into town
- has its own spa located on the hotel
- 2 infinity pools, 1 located on the beach with pool bars, so you can sip cocktails in the pool whilst watching the sunset.
- fitness centre, not huge but has enough equipment to walk off the guilt
- excellent and friendly staff, with the majority speaking good English
- Great breakfast buffet

The only downside is the hotel is built on a fairly steep hill, so if you are lucky enough to get a hill side view you will need to pump those legs.

Use the pathways and stairs and if you get tired, ask one of the staff to drive you to your room on a golf buggy (this is specifically fun when intoxicated!)

If you are not sure where to stay in Koh Samui, give Nora Buri Resort and Spa a try. I personally can't wait to get back there!
