Newtown Festival
The Newtown Festival is one of the oldest, largest, and most fun street festivals on the Sydney calendar and it's on this Sunday.
The festival is held in the Camperdown Memorial Park which is just off King St and will run from 9.30am to 6.00pm.
Here is a map of the festival and here are some short transport suggestions.
This year there will be over 280 market and food stalls selling everything from Naans to Necklaces.
Along with the stalls there will be more entertainment that one person could possibly take in as shown by the the entertainment program.
Why? If you are going to go to one street festival this year, the Newtown festival should be it.
WHEN: Sunday the 9th of November, 9.30 am to 6.00pm
WHERE: Camperdown Memorial Park
COST: Free admission
