Just haven't met Michael Buble yet? You will think you have at the Buckingham International's New Year's Eve Dinner, Show, and Dance, with Garry Johns covering Michael Buble and Neil Diamond tunes to bring in the new year.

Start your meal with a chicken and corn terrine, sunflower seed and cantaloupe salsa, and balsamic reduction; cream of butternut pumpkin soup with parmesan croutons precedes a beautiful salad of marinated lamb on arugula leaves, beetroot, cumquat vinaigrette and roasted cherry tomato. Then enjoy a main course of thyme-grilled breast of chicken with potato mousseline, ratatouille nicoise micro herb and port wine glaze.

Dessert offering includes homemade flourless chocolate cake with raspberry and blueberry compote, double cream, and fudge sauce; freshly brewed coffee, tea and dinner mints to follow.
