Paintball is an enjoyable pastime for all fitness levels. The rules are simple, you can play alone or as part of a team and you can start anytime (the only limitation is age – according to Queensland regulations, all players must be fifteen or over.)
National Paintball Fields (

With more than eight different playing fields, NPF is a favourite with hardcore paintball fans; plus, thorough instruction by qualified leaders makes this venue excellent for beginners as well.
Sessions at National Paintball Fields last two and a half hours and prices begin at $42 for 100 paintballs; discounts apply when making group bookings in advance. All packages include a paintball gun, face and head protection, camouflage overalls, breast vests for women and tuition by qualified instructors.
