Why do spin classes (boring!) when you can get an amazing workout mastering circus skills at Australia's best custom built circus training facility. Learn new skills with industry specialists and have a laugh - this is fitness and fun combined.



There are classes available for all levels and age groups, with opportunities to specialise in areas such as aerial, floor, advanced, children and teen. Classes are either 1.5 hours or 2 hours in length, and start at $180 - 500 per term.

My 6 year old and her friend attended a "come & try" session for the 5-12 year olds which ran for two hours - these sessions are held on one day over the school holidays (every school holidays). Check the NICA website for more information.

The girls had an absolute ball - they tumbled, spun, climbed, jumped, hula hooped, rolled and both want to go back for more.
