Market-goers will get to indulge in 18 limited edition straight out of the laboratory 'Frankenstein style burgers' created by some of the most popular traders for this one special day only.
You're bound to find a unique burger that appeals. Maybe it's a sushi burger - lovingly prepared by Osaka Kitchen, their Teriyaki Burger features 'buns' made from sushi rice, a beef burger, green salad, carrot, mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, all topped with nori. Maybe the Donut Burger from Dandee Donuts takes your fancy? A hot Dandee Donut with jam sauce, cream and a Tim Tam 'patty' which melts into a soft chocolate goo as you eat it. There is something for the whole family, the only question is, how many can you do?
