What a tasty little snack this was.
Today I tried Nando's 'Pequenos Mini Burger', for lunch and found it to be very tasty, if a little bit pricey for the 'snack size'. The burger is based around a flame-grilled, chicken tenderloin, with your choice of Peri Peri flavour, from a tame mild to a fire breathing hot. The chutney, mayonnaise and salads compliment both the crusty bun and the chicken within and provide some depth to the overall flavour.
I had the burger with a side of fries, sprinkled in their trademark seasoning, and a Coke. It was just enough to be pleasantly satisfied and the mild Peri Peri on the chicken had just enough bite.
Being a fan of any mini 'slider' type burger, this take on it is well presented and tasty and at $4.95 each, worth a try for sure.
