The Shadiest?

It's really, really shady.

Brisbane has dozens of beautiful parks and many of them have trees and shade cloth covers. However, they can still be really hot in the middle of summer. This one on the other hand has much more shade than usual. There are lots of thick trees everywhere.

No midday sun here.

It's only a small park and is situated in the back streets behind Marshall Road so probably only locals know it's there. If you live in the area, you should check it out.

There's a wide path for those on wheels.

The park is well tended, with swings, slide, monkey bars, a rebound wall, a water bubbler and a picnic area with a wood fired bbq. There's a short path from Moorbell Street through to Craigmont Street suitable for prams or wheelchairs.

The official address is Moorbell Street Park, Craigmont St, Tarragindi but it actually runs along Greenhalgh St!
