Monique prepares to go Full Circle
Monique, the British soul singer, launches her debut UK tour on Saturday 22 June 2013 at Birmingham's Institute as part of the city-wide BASS Festival: Soul. Tour dates include stop-offs in Bristol, Manchester, Nottingham, London and Newcastle.

Born and raised in Birmingham, Monique has previously supported such 'name' US acts as Avery Sunshine, Eric Benet and Dwele. Dwele was so impressed with her vocal stylings that he invited her to support him at London's Jazz Café!

With a background in gospel and soul/R'n'B, Monique has been compared to such artists as Mary J Blige, India Arie and Alicia Keys.

She released her debut album, Unbroken, in 2011, with singles Daughter Shine and Colourful both gaining national airplay.

She's currently just finishing off her second album, entitled Full Circle, and her forthcoming dates (also titled Full Circle) will include material from both albums.
