If decadent desserts and mouth-watering sweets are your thing, you will definitely want to know about the Milk N Sugar Festival which is popping up during VIVID 2017.



The Milk N Sugar Festival will be showcasing exotic desserts and sweets from some of Australia's best industry players such as Fluffy Crunch , Sugar High Desserts , The Sweet Fry , Kayter Co , Burger Butlers , Nútie Donuts , Brooklyn Boy Bagels and Hungry Bites.

So what can you expect to find at this boutique dessert market? You can expect an array of exotic desserts sure to tantalise your tastebuds including:

Ice cream cones made out of kurtosh (Hungarian) doughnuts courtesy of Hungary Bites:



The sweet decadence of Deep Fried Oreos by Kayter Co:



Just when you thought Fairy Floss couldn't possibly get any better, get a load of this.....Glow in the dark fairy floss spun on a LED glow stick by Fluffy Crunch. Now that is what I call teaming with the theme of VIVID's festival of lights.



There will also be magnificent Rainbow Bagels filled with cream cheese and Cinnamon Scrolls by Brooklyn Boy Bagels:



Indulgent gluten-free doughnuts by Nútie Donuts:



Burger Butlers will be serving their Mediterranean dessert Ashta burgers consisting of Lebanese pancakes with ashta stuffing and drizzled with orange blossom syrup and a pinch of pistachio. How fantastic does that sound! They will also be serving a Mediterranean aniseed tea.



There will also be Nutella S'mores by Sugar High Desserts, consisting of chewy choc chip cookies with Nutella and toasted marshmallow and we can expect something sweet and fried (obviously) by The Sweet Fry.

The Milk N Sugar Festival is brought to you by Milk N Sugar . Entry is free and make sure you bring your sweet tooth - in fact, I'll be skipping dinner and heading straight for the desserts!

The Festival will be popping up for three nights only during the opening weekend of VIVID, from 26th - 28th May 2017. You will find it at the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay, running from 6pm - 11pm each night. For information on how to get there please click here.
