Do you have inquisitive children? Children that love the outdoors and learning something new? Well, the Bayside Environment Friends Network has an unusual activity to come along to and one designed especially for children.

Commencing at the playground of Basterfield Park in Hampton East, the group is holding a session between 7pm and 9pm on Saturday 15th February 2014.

It's a great night out for all the family, and something different to do on a Saturday night. The Bayside Environment Friends Network puts together activities to help you and your children learn about the local environment and aim to share their knowledge about the Bayside region.

The Microbats session will teach you about the habitats of microbats and their roosting locations. You will also learn how to detect a bat call during the evening.

Come along for something different to learn and do.
