Zombies are one of the many undead creatures to be wandering the streets with upcoming Halloween events. With zombie culture becoming huge in the last 3 years, they will not only be on the lookout for brains but also events where they can gather en masse and socialise with other decaying zombie friends. If you are zombie friendly or you would like to zombie up for this Halloween here are 3 frightening options.

The shuffle has become so large over the past few years that the organisers not only had to get permits this year but also changed the day to a Sunday in order to lessen the Zombie madness. I have done the shuffle 3 times and it is disgusting fun and perfect for a Halloween jaunt. The Melbourne Zombie Shuffle starts on Sunday 30th at 1pm.
2. Thrill the World If the shuffle is too much zombie for your tastes and yet you hanker for just a nibble of zombie goodness, then perhaps head down to Thrill the World which is going to be held at the Victoria Hotel, Brunswick. It will be dancing zombie spooktacular with many people gathering together around the world to perform Michael Jacksons 'Thriller' for a good cause. For more information check out this website Thrill the World
3. Espirt De Corpse - Egg Gallery, Collingwood With all the zombies lurking about it's likely that by November the 4th you will perhaps be part of the undead family now scrambling around for tasty morsels. Or the more fortunate outcome is just that you have merely had your interest piqued in zombie culture, either way, this is the art exhibition for you. With the the feculent fascinators of Kitty Robertson, the cadaverous creations of Luna Soo and the sepulchrous sketches of Charlotte Tizzard, this event demonstrates the sweet fashionable side of these poor doomed creatures. With a Zombie Burlesque interlude from Baby Cherry it's a all you could want Zombie art eggstravaganza (see what I did there)
