The Opening Event on Monday 17 March presented by David Jones at Central Pier in the Docklands will showcase the biggest designer line-up of the week. Expect the latest collections from top Australian designers, special guest celebrity appearances, fantastic live entertainment, exclusive VIP parties and heaps more. If you want to go all the way then upgrade to a VIP experience for the ultimate evening.
There are heaps of Premium Runway events presented by Miss Vogue, InStyle, Frankie Magazine, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Harper's Bazaar, and Shop Til You Drop on various dates. Expect a spectacular showcase of fashions by established and up-and-coming designers as models strut their stuff on the runways.

Presenting the leading international business and creative leaders, the Business Seminar on Thursday 20 March promises to be informative, innovative, and interesting. A range of topics will be discussed including global consumer behaviour, how scent produces meaningful brand experiences, and multi-brand e-commerce on top of a networking lunch and post event cocktails.
The Marketing Breakfast on Friday 21 March will engage attendees with several experiential marketing approaches by three internationally well-known marketing and creative experts. Discover ways to design that compelling campaign, learn about sensory branding, and pick up new techniques to use in the marketing and branding of your product.
For the whole month of March, the Festival's Cultural Program will allow fashionistas to indulge in a wide range of experiences in the world of art, design, film and contemporary culture.
There will be a series of short fashion films showcased across Melbourne and Victoria, and CBD retailers participating in Windows By Design will be filled with temporary galleries. In addition, there will be offsite runways, exhibitions, talks, workshops, pop-up shops, to name a few, featuring more than 50 participants.
