Event: 21/01/2012

This is a powerful one-day meditation course taught by a Buddhist Monk: Gen Kelsang Dornying. Many zen Buddhists believe that through effective meditation practice, distinctions between love and attachment can be made when it comes to relationships with other people.

Love is designed to bring happiness, while attachments to things and people brings suffering. This one day course helps people (regardless as to whether or not they have meditated before) distinguish between love and attachment, and thus help people free themselves from attachment to achieve inner peace and strong, fulfilling relationships with others. A combination of teaching and guided meditations will be on offer.

It's simple really when you know how. It takes a bit of work, and then more abundance comes into the mix :-)
