Sydney's Max Brenner chocolate bar is not just any café but a culture in itself. Located in around 9 places all over Sydney (and also in Melbourne and Gold coast in Australia and other countries too like USA, Singapore and Israel) it just draws people in with the aroma of chocolate and coffee. As they quote 'all you have to do is love chocolate'.

For chocolate lovers this café offers an interesting selection of coffee, fondues and other chocolate dishes like waffles topped with chocolate, chocolate pizza to name a few. The wooden setting of the café is quite inviting and the subtle lighting will just set the mood for fresh and hot chocolate dishes.

Visitors will see the chocolate churners and pipes that carry the chocolate from the churner to the counter running all across the café. There also is a quaint chocolate shop on one side usually that sell their chocolate varieties , gift packs and the interesting crockery the café uses.

The menu has a few interesting things to offer like the 'Suckao' which is the house specialty available in milk, white and dark chocolate varieties. It's a mixture of milk with the choice of chocolate melted into it which needs to be sucked from the spoon/metal straw for that unique experience. Classic hot chocolate and 'choctails'(chocolate frappe) as they call it is also served. For hungry souls and those who have unending love for chocolate a variety of chocolate rich dishes are available smeared with the rich Max Brenner chocolate.

Their tag line 'Coffee by the bald man' refers to the Israeli chocolate maker, Max Brenner, whose passion for chocolate drove him to open this chain of chocolate cafes.
All in all, an interesting and sumptuous snack for the chocolate loving souls.
